On November 25, 2024 I started with two bags of Myshrooms. My health benefits within one week included the ringing in my ears stopped, I became pain free from Arthritis and headaches went away. Over the course of time during my 60 days of taking Myshrooms There have times when headaches came back, as well as the ringing in my ears has returned to sometimes but it goes away as well. Since I have used Myshrooms I am more energized and have better sleeps, enjoyed being able to relax. My stress is lower.  Asthma is better. My thinking is clearer; my nails are growing. The inside of my mouth is restored to feeling smooth and restored.  My anxiety is lowered and now manageable and this is because my pressure reading and sugar readings are better and returned to normal.

The Myshrooms have improved my overall health and well being. Looking at my mental emotional physical and spiritual self I have gained more wellness. I believe my daily practice of prayer improved in the feeling gratefulness and gratitude. 

Since using Myshrooms I believe that my wellness improvements are still ongoing. On July 21, 2025., I have had a duo pacmaker heart surgery. My recovery I am doing well.
